1. How do I purchase my ticket?
It is essential that you use the online reservation form to file a booking however we do allow inquiries by email.
2. How do I get my tickets?
Eticket will be used whenever possible. However when it is not available, tickets can be sent to a mailing address within Japan(costs 500yen) or overseas(costs 1000yen-1500yen)
3. Can I request for my favourite(window) seat?
It is only available for normal fare ticket and certain discount airfare. Other than the mentioned tickets, we are unable to assign specific seats to meet your request however it can be done on the day of departure at check-in.
4. What payments do you take?
We only take payments by bank transfer or by credit card.
5. Can I accumulate mileage points to my mileage account with the ticket that I purchased?
YES. However the percentage of your mileage points are different depending on the ticket being purchased. 50% for all round-trip plans and 50%-100% for certain one-way tickets.
6. Can I travel with my pet?
Certainly. Reservation is not necessary and all you need is to present at the airport 30 minutes prior to departure and to complete the check-in precedure. Detailed information can be found here.
7. Can I buy changeable tickets?
Certainly. We offer special price on changeable tickets. It is advisable that you purchase changeable tickets if you are not able to determine the exact date of travel or you are likely to make changes to the ticket you are purchasing. There is no restriction to the number of changes and it is free of charge.
8. Can I decide on the optional items(car rental/lift pass) after securing the hotels and flights?
You can decide on whether to opt for car rental or ski rentals at a later time. You must decide no later than 10 days before the departure. However once purchased it cannot be refunded. No refund will be given for unused optional items purchased.
